Description
Senate is supporting a leading curtain walling and cladding contractor with the programme and project processes for their multi-million pound flagship remedial project. Our role includes tracking and managing change control, implementing stringent processes, and coordinating design information across multiple stakeholders.
This ensures enhanced quality control and mitigates scheduling conflicts
Challenge
During the project, differences were identified between the client's specification and what was built. This introduced complexities that increased design solutions, which had to be managed within the same frame between multiple engineering consultants to resolve.
Goal
Senate developed comprehensive multi-level tracking documents and managed both the as-designed and as-built programmes. This enabled us to monitor changes, establish causation, and proactively identify risks and early signs of potential delays
Outcome
Since the project's inception, the design has evolved significantly. Through our structured tracking approach, we have communicated the goals effectively, integrating, monitoring and coordinating the team, keeping the project moving forward smoothly and efficiently ensuring informed decision-making and improved project control.
